LOOK

Pale yellow with greenish reflections.


SMELL

It has a complex aroma with elegant notes of green apple, white flowers and citrus combined with hints of pastry and nuts breeding.


TASTE

It is balanced and dry while soft. It has a well balanced acidity and a fruity aftertaste.


GASTRONOMY

Recommended for drinking on its own at any time, as an aperitif and wit all kinds of food. Serve at 5-6ºC.

Good aromatic intensity. Fruity aromas (green apple and fresh herbs like fennel) combined with notes of white flowers and citrus.


TASTE

The palate is very nice, fresh, tasty with good carbonic and good persistent which gives a very long final.


GASTRONOMY

Recommended for drinking on its own at any time, as an aperitif and wit all kinds of food. Serve at 5-6ºC.

LOOK

Very pale cherry pink.


SMELL

On the nose aromas of red fruits like cherries, strawberries and blackberries are presented. Also appearing floral aromas of roses and notes of undergrowth.


TASTE

The palate is intense, fresh, large and persistent with hints of red fruits. Very fresh and lingering finish with hints of strawberry and raspberry.


GASTRONOMY

SMELL

Good aromatic intensity is an elegant and fresh sparkling wine with hints of white fruit (grapes and green apple) combined with pleasant notes of peach and citrus.


TASTE

The palate is very pleasant, creamy, fresh and sweet with good acidity that gives it freshness and vivacity. Soft and very long aftertaste and fruity.
