PRODUCTION

Traditional method. Aged an average of 15 months on its lees.


LOOK

Very pale cherry colour with lively tones. Small and elegant bubbles with a good froth.


SMELL

Fruit and ageing aromas reminiscent of rose and raspberry with touches of almond ageing.


TASTE

Rounded and very fine, very feminine. Calls to be savoured on the tongue. Very long and fruity finish.


GASTRONOMY

Recommended to be drunk as an aperitif or light disher. Served at 5-6ºC.

PRODUCTION

Traditional method. Aged an average of 24 months on its lees.


LOOK

Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections, and small, elegant bubbles with a good froth.


SMELL

Fruit and ageing aromas creating a lively and concentrated combination offering white fruit, with touches of almond and praline.


TASTE

Rounded and very fine on the palate. Elegant and dry. Calls to be savoured on the tongue. Good balance and acidity, and very persistent. Very long and creamy finish.


GASTRONOMY

Recommended to cava lovers. To be drunk on its own or as an aperitif. Goes well with elaborately prepared dishes: fowl and fish. Served at 5-6ºC.

LOOK

Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, and fine, constant bubbles.


SMELL

Intense, elegant and complex aroma. It possesses floral undertones, with a strong varietal character.


TASTE

Agreeable, oil texture, dry and refreshing at the same time, with a pleasant finish, lively, and palate on the palate. Very soft with a long and persistent finish.


GASTRONOMY

Ideal with appetizers, smoked foods, fish and seafood. Served at 5-6ºC.

PRODUCTION

Traditional method. Aged an average of 24 months on its lees.


LOOK

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Good carbonic strength with small and persistent bubbles.


SMELL

High and freshness with notes that remind us of the sour apple, with floral touches, and we even get a souvenir of Mediterranean herbs reminiscent of a cool understory intensity.


TASTE

The palate has a fine bubble, which indicates that the carbon has been well integrated. It is creamy and unctuous thanks to yeast autolysis in breeding, but also leaves a fresh feeling, due to the acidity of the two varieties. Nice and long aftertaste, with hints of white fruit.


GASTRONOMY

Ideal for appetizers, smoked, baked fish and seafood. Also to take it alone. Serve at 5-6 ° C.
