FEST Brut Nature ECO presents a mixture of grape types from a delicate selection of organic old vines of the Cava Designation of Origin: Macabeu (30%), Xarel·lo (40%) and Parellada (30%).
The manual and mechanical harvest yielded Macabeu grapes in early September, Xarel·lo grapes in mid September and, in the first week of October, Parellada grapes. The first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. The second one in the bottle according to the Traditional Method. It is aged for an average of 12 months in a 750-ml eco bottle.
A LIGHT AND BRIGHT STRAW COLOUR
Light straw-yellow colour with greenish tinges, sharp and bright. Particularly noteworthy is its good foaminess, which forms a rich and perfect crown.
A FLORAL AND FRUITY SCENT
An initial impression reveals a floral (white flowers) and fruity aroma with notes of green apple, pear and pineapple while also presenting some citrus notes. The floral aroma of orange blossom rounds off a radiant, joyful combination.
A BALANCED AND FRUITY PALATE
In the mouth it presents an excellent balance between fruit and tartness. It is young, delicate, refreshing, elegant and harmonious. Fruity reminiscences are recovered at the retro-olfactory stage. This produces a texture in the liquid with a fresh touch in the aftertaste, followed by a fruity, creamy finish.
