Brut Nature Reserva Cava


PRODUCTION

Traditional method. Aged an average of 24 months on its lees.


LOOK

Clean and shiny. Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles, which form a delicate crown.


SMELL

Fruity, complex and elegant. Fresh aromas of pear, apple, with a citric and floral touch, combinated with toasted notes of nuts, proceeding from the contact with the lees.


TASTE

Powerful, fresh, creamy and tasteful with a good acidity. In retronasal, an aroma of fresh fruit appears, found on the nose. Perfectly integrated carbonic, which confers it magnitude and softness. It has a long-lasting finish in the mouth, dry and pleasant.


GASTRONOMY

Perfect for pairing with rice, shell-fish, Iberic ham and cheese, as well as desserts and all kinds of dishes cooked with white meats and/or poultry. Serve at 6 – 7ºC.

In the mouth, is balanced, silky, creamy, very delicate with body. It has a fine and smooth entry sensation. In retronasal, we can find fresh fruit aromas. Persistent and pleasant finish. With a well-balanced acidity.
